So the jQuery plugin site is dead. You can read all about it here. They are planning on resurrecting it on GitHub. paginateTable has been available on GitHub for sometime, so this should be an easy transition for us.

If you need support for paginateTable, I recommend you open an issue on the related GitHub page.
